1. Who we are

Cuts And Comics, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the barbershop and comic store at 263 Temple Ave, Newnan, GA 30263 and the website at cutsandcomics.com. For privacy questions contact us at cutsandcomics@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account info: name, email, password hash (we never see your password).
  • Order & pull-list info: titles you reserve, invoices, fulfillment choice (pickup or ship), and shipping address if applicable.
  • Payment info: processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store full card numbers — Stripe gives us a token, a last-four, and a confirmation status.
  • Usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) used to keep the site running and secure.
  • Booking & rewards: appointment history, CAPES points, and visit history.

3. How we use it

  • To process invoices, payments, pickups, and shipping.
  • To run the CAPES rewards program.
  • To notify you when reserved comics arrive or events are announced.
  • To comply with tax, accounting, and other legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — payment processing, tax calculation & remittance, fraud prevention.
  • USPS — shipping carriers when you choose mailed delivery.
  • Law enforcement — only when legally required.

5. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout by Stripe based on the shipping or pickup destination, then filed and remitted on our behalf.

6. Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13. Mature (18+) titles are gated and may only be picked up by buyers who can present valid government-issued photo ID showing they are at least 18 years old.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (login, cart, age-confirmation) and anonymized analytics. No advertising trackers.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong, unique password.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email.
