Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of cutsandcomics.com and any in-store services from Cuts And Comics, LLC ("we," "us"). By using the site or shopping with us you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 to create an account, and at least 18 to purchase any title or product marked "Mature" or "18+." We may require a valid government-issued photo ID at in-store pickup for restricted items.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders & pull lists

  • Adding a title to your pull list is a request — we will reserve copies and create an invoice when stock is available.
  • Invoices are payable via Stripe. Tax is calculated at checkout.
  • You choose pickup (free) or USPS Ground Advantage shipping (tiered by quantity).
  • Reserved comics not paid for within 30 days of invoice may be returned to general stock.

4. Pricing & errors

We strive for accuracy. If a price or stock count is wrong, we may cancel or correct the order and refund any difference.

5. Barbershop appointments

Appointments are by reservation. No-shows or cancellations less than 2 hours before may be charged a fee. Please arrive on time — late arrivals may be rescheduled.

6. Mature content

Some comics carry mature themes (language, violence, nudity, sexual content). These are clearly marked, gated by an age confirmation, and may only be sold to adults 18 or older.

7. Intellectual property

All Cuts And Comics branding — including the "Cuts And Comics" name, logos, the Swag Wars line, mascot art, and our barber-and-comic visual identity — belongs to Cuts And Comics, LLC. See our Copyright & Trademark Notice.

Comics, graphic novels, and merchandise sold through this site that feature third-party characters (e.g. Marvel, DC, image-owned, indy publishers) remain the property of their respective rights-holders. We sell licensed, lawfully-acquired copies — no rights in those characters are granted to you.

8. Prohibited use

  • No resale of restricted items to minors.
  • No scraping, reverse-engineering, or interfering with the site.
  • No counterfeiting, infringing, or misusing our marks or any third-party marks.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Coweta County, Georgia.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
