Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Cuts And Comics, LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on comics, graphic novels, bundles, apparel, or barbershop services, except as required by law or as stated below.

Our commitment

We will always try our best to ensure customer satisfaction. If an issue arises with your order, your books, your apparel, or your service, please contact us immediately at cutsandcomics@gmail.com or 470-414-1213 so we can make it right. The sooner we know, the more options we have to help.

Why "all sales final"?

Comics and apparel are collectibles and personal-use goods. Once a book leaves the shop or a tee is reserved in a specific size, condition and resale value can change. To keep prices fair for everyone, we cannot accept returns.

Comics & graphic novels

  • Inspect your books at pickup. Once you leave the shop the sale is final.
  • Shipped orders: condition complaints must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We may issue store credit at our discretion for damage caused by us in packing.
  • Carrier damage is the carrier's responsibility — keep all packaging and file a USPS claim; we will help with documentation.
  • Reserved/pull-list titles cancelled before invoicing carry no charge. Once invoiced, the invoice is payable.

Apparel (t-shirts & Swag Wars merch)

  • No size exchanges. Please use the size chart before reserving.
  • Manufacturer defects (misprints, holes, broken stitching) reported within 7 days of pickup will be replaced if stock allows, or refunded as store credit.
  • Worn, washed, or altered apparel cannot be returned.

Barbershop services

  • Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with a cut, let your barber know before leaving the chair — we will gladly adjust on the spot.
  • Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit the booking.

Mature (18+) titles

  • Strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable. Photo ID required at pickup.

Order cancellations

Unpaid invoices may be cancelled by emailing us at cutsandcomics@gmail.com before payment. Paid orders that have not yet been picked up or shipped may, at our sole discretion, be refunded minus payment-processing fees.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we'll always try to make it right. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to law enforcement and result in account closure.
