Comics, graphic novels, apparel, and merchandise sold through this store that depict third-party characters, logos, names, or titles — including but not limited to those owned by Marvel Entertainment, LLC; DC Comics; Image Comics; Dark Horse Comics; IDW Publishing; Boom! Studios; Dynamite Entertainment; Lucasfilm Ltd.; The Walt Disney Company; Hasbro, Inc. and other publishers and rights holders — remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Cuts And Comics, LLC is an independent retailer of lawfully-acquired, licensed merchandise. Sale of a product does not transfer or grant any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights in the characters, logos, or titles depicted.
